Q: How do I know if I qualify as a corporate customer?
A: You would qualify as a corporate customer if you have proof of business (GST #). This will be required when you place your order using our online template.
Q: If I don’t qualify as a corporate customer, can I still get for a bulk discount?
A: Sorry, our bundle discounts are only available for corporate customers. However, be sure to check out our other offers available online at https://shop.lindt.ca/ or in-store.
Q: I’m not a corporate customer but I love these products. Can I still purchase these items?
A: Yes! All of the products are available for purchase through our online store or by visiting one of our Lindt Chocolate Shops.
Q: How do I place a Corporate order?
A: You can place a corporate order by downloading our online order template here and then emailing the for to CorporateSaleCA@lindt.com.
Q: What information will I need about my company when placing a corporate order through email or in-store?
A: You will need the following information to be able to place a corporate order (you can also refer to the order form for all of the information required):
- Contact information
- Value of gift per person.
- Product assortment in mind (if unknown, our team can support you in choosing).
- Customization requirements (if needed).
- Order details – picking up in-store or delivery.
- Please note that we do not ship internationally.
Q: Do you offer discounts for large corporate customers?
A: Corporate discounts are available for bulk orders over $250. You can find the discount levels offered on our homepage
Q: Can I create custom pack or box online?
A: We are currently unable to offer any customization online. Please visit or call one of your nearest Lindt Chocolate Shops for customization details and our Store Associates will be happy to help.
Q: Some products are available for pre-order. What does it mean?
A: A small collection of holiday gifting items are not yet ready for delivery. These items will be available for shipping starting mid-November. If you have placed an order for any of these items, a confirmation email will be sent out once the order has shipped.
Q: When will you charge my Credit Card for pre-order products?
A: The full amount will be charged to your credit card when you place the order.
Q: If I ordered a pre-order products and other available products together, will I receive my order in multiple shipments?
A: No, the entire order will be shipped once all products become available. A confirmation email will be sent out before shipping.
Q: Can I place a corporate order with items not listed on the corporate gifting page?
A: Yes, you can add items not listed on the corporate gifting page pending stock availability in our Lindt Chocolate Shops.
Q: Do you offer shipping to multiple addresses in one order?
A: Yes, we offer shipping to multiple addresses for corporate orders only. Please fill out the online order form accordingly with different addresses you’d like to ship to.
